There are many different therapy modalities, and if you're not familiar with counselling, it can be hard to know how to choose the right thing for you. I offer a free consultation where I give general information about how to find a therapist based on your needs. I also share more specifically how I might work with you, and what you might expect to experience. After this initial 40 minute session, you should have a sense of whether I'm the right person for you to work with.
